A new board, and Hans Eriksson becomes CFO

Hans Eriksson moves from the board to the job of CFO. The AGM elects Gunnar Mårtensson as chair, with Peter Åsberg (Coca-Cola) among others.

Suddenly the head of Coca-Cola Sweden was sitting on our board. That was a seal of approval.

Hans Eriksson was Investment Manager at CLS Holdings, “our best-capitalised principal owner”, and started as CFO on 3 December 2001.
The board: Gunnar Mårtensson (chair), Peter Åsberg (Coca-Cola), Lena Vittbjer (Aspiro), Mattias Ljungman (CLS) and Vilhelm Schottenius.
The financial year was changed to the calendar year.
