LAJV, the SMS wall
Lajv launches: send a text for SEK 3 and appear live to everyone online, filtered so you don’t see messages from people much older or younger.
Lajv was a board where all of Sweden could shout at once. People bragged about their PRO there, and more people bought PRO.
- The test day on 3 October brought in 6,000 texts; the launch was moved by a day to adjust the filter.
- 2003 brought Lyxlajv (Luxury Lajv, SEK 10, 21 seconds in golden yellow) and 2004 Webblajv.
- The first public test, one Wednesday evening between 8.30 and 9.30 pm, brought in 483 texts. “But it was a lovely turnout from the LunarStorm members.”
