Extraordinary general meeting and a new board
At CLS’s request a new board is elected. Kjell Nilsson (CLS) becomes chair and the director of education Robert Bengtsson represents the founders.
It was the owners’ company. But it was the members’ site, and we never forgot that.
- In October, in the middle of the media storm, CLS’s principal owner Sten Mörtstedt criticised the board and management in the local press. Management answered the criticism and many of the staff backed it.
- After the meeting: Kjell Nilsson (chair), Robert Bengtsson, Magnus Andersson, Håkan Persson (Aspiro) and Gunnar Mårtensson. Peter Åsberg and Vilhelm Schottenius left the board.
- Kjell Sallén became a deputy board member for the founders.
