Registered office in Stockholm and a holding company
The AGM moves the company's registered office to Stockholm and makes LunarWorks a holding company, so that operations abroad can be run in separate companies.
The head office stayed in Varberg. Only the paperwork moved.
- The board: Anders Ljungh, Charlotta Mörtstedt, Christer Sandberg, Mattias Ljungman and Magnus Andersson.
- At the same time management decided to start promoting the brand externally.
