20 years: “Absolutely the world's first social medium on the web”
Swedish public radio's P4 Östergötland and P4 Extra interview Rickard ahead of the 20th anniversary. He talks about the BBSes and about being called an idiot.

It was absolutely the world's first social medium on the web … When I thought that everyone in the whole world would do this, whatever their age, you got called an idiot, actually.
- P4 Extra: “So basically what you do on Facebook today, people did twenty years ago on Lunarstorm.”
- The good party host: “If someone's sitting there a bit quiet … maybe you can pair that person up with someone else.”
- The Swedish news site Nyheter24 and the local paper Motala & Vadstena Tidning (MVT) the same day: the cruise and the book plans.
- Rickard: “There are still more than two million people who grew up digitally on Lunarstorm … in much the same way that older generations associate the Rolling Stones and the Beatles. You feel a kind of warmth.”
- According to Rickard, the nostalgics are aged “26 to 38” (2016).
