Sweden’s Best Site 2002
The Swedish internet magazine Internetworld’s Top 100 names LunarStorm Sweden’s best site. The Swedish news agency TT and the national dailies Dagens Nyheter, Dagens Industri and Svenska Dagbladet write about it. 2.4 million visitors a month.
From a wardrobe in the Yellow Villa (Gula villan) to Sweden’s best site in six years. I still hadn’t offered anyone coffee.
- As early as 2000 LunarStorm was number 71 on Internetworld’s Top 100: “Stylish layout, loads of features and lots of members”.
- Internetworld’s Top 100: number 71 (2000), 4 (2001), 1 (2002), 7 (2003), and Sweden’s best community in 2004 and 2006.
- Rick, TheQ, Jay and LeonX left the awards with “big silly grins and a big bottle of bubbly” (the ticker).
