Chat with LunarCrew

Rickard wants the crew to answer members directly again, not be a distant elite. Every week a chat opens where anyone can ask.

On Stajl Plejs I answered everything myself. With a million members I needed the whole crew to help.

Rickard ran the first test chat before lunch on 16 March with Christine Perschon as his sidekick.
The chat log was saved as a growing FAQ; the tool was built by Leon Hafström and had been tested for celebrity chats.
