Kisses, hugs and =)
TheQ counts the words in 250,000 guestbooks: 6.6 million words. After du, jag and det (you, I, it) come e (is), puss (kiss), =), då? (then?), kram (hug) and helgen (the weekend).

We were a generation that wrote kisses and hugs to each other. It’s there in the statistics.
- “puss” 18,803 times, “=)” 17,825, “då?” 17,486, “kram” 17,075 and “helgen” 11,116.
- Further down: JÄTTE (HUGE, 3,978), *ler* (*smiles*, 3,277) and KÄRLEK (LOVE, 2,645).
- “otur” (bad luck) and “minst” (at least) ranked high too because of chain letters: bad luck if you don’t forward this to at least ten.
- A guestbook entry averaged 147 characters, about the length of a text message.
