After our AI courses, many people start seeing their workflows with fresh eyes. There is often one or more recurring tasks that are simple in theory but in practice steal a couple of hours every week: sorting, checking, compiling, moving information or producing documents. And they are often tasks the AI tools cannot handle: they contain personal data or confidential information that must not leave the building, or are simply too large to run in a chat.
That is time that could be spent on what you are actually good at. Your experience, judgement and feel for the job create more value than yet another dull, manual routine.
A program on your computer, not a service in the cloud
AI can help with a lot. But when the work involves personal data, confidential information or larger volumes of data, cloud-based AI services are often entirely the wrong tool: the information leaves your environment and the results vary from one run to the next. Instead we build small, purpose-built Windows and Mac programs that run locally on your computer. You can literally pull the network cable. The programs do not need to use AI at all; on the contrary, they can be fully rule-based and do the same thing, the same way, every time. Predictable.

You describe the problem. We design the solution and use AI as an efficient development tool, led by an experienced vibe coder. That means you get a tailored solution for yourself or your team considerably faster, and at roughly a tenth of the cost compared with a traditional development team.
